During operation, vibration moves the material across the screen surface. Particles smaller than the selected screen opening pass through the mesh, while oversize particles move outward to the discharge outlet. The separator operates by means of a vibratory motor with adjustable eccentric weights. This creates multi-plane motion across the screen surface, combining vertical and horizontal movement. As the material travels over the screen, undersize particles pass through the mesh openings. Oversize material remains on the screen and is discharged separately. The selected screen opening determines the cut point of the separation process.
