Custom single-use assemblies

Do I need a complete drawing before requesting an assembly?
No. An existing drawing is useful, but a process description, component list or simple sketch can also provide enough information for an initial technical review.
Can existing component preferences be used?
Yes. Where technically suitable, the assembly can be configured around preferred tubing, connectors, couplings, containers, filters and other fluid-path components.
Can prototype quantities be supplied?
Prototype and small-volume production can be considered during assembly development before larger production quantities are required.
Can single-use assemblies be supplied sterilised?
Depending on the selected materials and components, assemblies can be configured for sterilisation methods such as gamma irradiation or for suitable autoclave processing. Compatibility must be evaluated for the complete assembly.
