The nylon melt blown depth filter cartridge – nominal is engineered for general industrial and process filtration applications where reliable particulate removal, high dirt holding capacity and broad chemical compatibility are important. Manufactured from thermally bonded nylon fibres using a melt blown process, this cartridge offers a cost-effective solution for nominal depth filtration.

Filtration principle

The cartridge utilises a melt blown nylon media with a controlled gradient density structure, where coarser fibres on the outside transition to finer fibres toward the inner core. This design maximises available filtration area and enables progressive contaminant capture.
